Luo Xiaobing is a professor, a master’s tutor and director of the Sichuan Oil Painting Society. He has published many academic papers and original works. His works have been selected for provincial art exhibitions and won prizes. He supervised a research project at the municipal/provincial department level and participated in the development of several textbooks. Besides, he won the second prize of the Eighth Teaching Achievements in Sichuan Province.
