Chu Liangyin is a professor and a doctoral supervisor. His accolades include being a recipient of the National Distinguished Youth Science Foundation, recognition as an outstanding supervisor for doctoral dissertations nationwide, and acknowledgment as an academic and technological leader in Sichuan Province. His primary research areas include Membrane materials and membrane technology, Intelligent controlled release and targeted drug delivery systems, Microfluidic technology, Mass transfer and separation, and Biomaterials. He has published 250 papers indexed in SCI and 268 papers indexed in EI. He has applied for 63 Chinese and international patents, with 50 already granted. He has authored six academic monographs.   His accolades also extend to winning the second prize of the National Technical Invention Award, as well as first, second, and third prizes of provincial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards.
