Liao Yinghua, Ph.D., is a professor and master's supervisor. He is the sixth director of the Sichuan Provincial Youth Federation. Currently, and the Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. In recent years, Liao Yinghua has presided over 10 projects at various levels, and also taken charge of or participated in more than 20 enterprise-oriented research projects and various other types of research projects. He has published over 60 research papers, with 8 papers indexed in SCI and 10 in EI. As the first inventor, he holds eight granted patents, including three invention patents. Liao Yinghua has been recognized with a third prize in the Zigong City Science and Technology Progress Awards.
