Hu Xinjun, postdoctoral researcher, associate professor and master’s supervisor. His primary research interests include key technologies and applications of solid-state brewing intelligent equipment, as well as high-performance biomimetic composite materials. His research work falls within the interdisciplinary fields of materials science, chemistry, and bioengineering. He has published over 30 papers. Among these, 19 papers are indexed in SCI (7 in SCI Q1), and 1 paper is indexed in EI. He has applied for 8 invention patents and has been in charge of more than 10 research projects.
