Tuo Xianguo, professor, Ph.D. holder, doctoral supervisor, candidate of  academic and technical leaders of Sichuan Province, and president of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. Engaged in the researches on technology and theory of nuclear analysis, the manufacturing and the technology of nuclear electronic instruments, presided over more 30 scientific research projects at national and provincial levels and won many awards at provincial levels, published over 200 papers in domestic and foreign journals and obtained 14 invention patents and 6 software copyright.
