Introduction to Secondary Discipline Direction
1.1 Mechanical manufacturing and automation It mainly includes special machining technology, CNC technology and flexible manufacturing units, intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment, intelligent systems and intelligent factories, process databases and big data analysis, and other related manufacturing theories, manufacturing technology, manufacturing systems, and advanced manufacturing models. We have an innovative team in CNC technology and intelligent manufacturing. It has distinctive advantages in energy equipment, rail and aviation, intelligent brewing equipment, high-end intelligent machine tools, and intelligent factories.
1.2 Mechanical and Electronic Engineering A disciplinary direction formed by the intersection and integration of related disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, and computer control technology. It mainly includes the basic theory of electromechanical systems, research on key coordination application technologies of electromechanical systems and products, as well as the design, manufacturing, testing, and development of various electromechanical products and systems. It has unique advantages in the integration of specialized machine tool drive control systems, industrial robot technology, design and development of electromechanical equipment and production process equipment, and status detection and intelligent control of CNC machine tools.
1.3 Mechanical design and theory It is a fundamental technical discipline for analyzing and synthesizing mechanical functions, quantitatively describing and controlling their performance. We conduct research on the motion and dynamics of mechanical equipment, material fatigue, innovative mechanical design, and modern design methods, etc.
1.4 Process equipment and machinery Focusing on the process industry, integrating theoretical methods from multiple disciplines such as machinery, chemical engineering, and control, research is conducted in areas such as multiphase flow, energy conservation and environmental protection, pressure equipment, fire emergency equipment, and cryogenic (hydrogen energy) equipment.
2. Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment and Systems (Interdisciplinary)
Based on advanced manufacturing foundation, new generation information technology, artificial intelligence, intelligent optimization, big data analysis and decision support, it deeply integrates information technology, advanced manufacturing technology, and automation technology. Research on key technologies involved in various aspects of manufacturing aims to achieve the intelligence and innovation of the entire manufacturing value chain.
