In order to actively respond to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and further promote the exchange and cooperation between our university and relevant universities and educational institutions in Cambodia, Vice President Gao Xiaolin led a visit to Cambodia from July 1 to 5，2019.

During the five-day trip, the delegation paid visits to Cambodian Institute of Technology, National Industrial and Business University of Cambodia, Cambodian University of Management and Economics and the Education Department of Siem Reap Province, and had exchanges and discussions with relevant departments and schools of Siem Reap Province. During the exchange, Vice President Gao Xiaolin introduced the history and construction development of SUSE in detail, and put forward appropriate cooperation ideas based on the specific background of the universities he visited.

This exchange and investigation has achieved substantial results, which has added a new territory for the international development of SUSE to the southeast. He Fan, Dean of the School of Economics, Jiang Weidong, Dean of the School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, and Li Yongmei, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department (International School) accompanied the visit.
