Song Ping, male, Doctor of Law, professor, master tutor, Member of the Communist Party of China, Director of Grassroots Judicial Ability Research Center of Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences in Universities of Sichuan Province. In 2003, he was admitted to the Law School of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and successively obtained the degree of Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws. He is also a director of Litigation Law Research Institute of Sichuan Law Society, an arbitrator of Yibin Arbitration Commission and Zigong Arbitration Commission, and a part-time lawyer. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of civil procedure law, judicial system, dispute resolution, etc. Presided over 3 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, including the Ministry of Justice's rule of law construction and legal theory research projects, presided over 4 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and departmental scientific research projects.
