Yang Fan, male, associate professor, Master of Law, master tutor, special invited member of Academic Committee of Zigong Intermediate People's Court, visiting scholar of Swansea University. He is mainly engaged in criminal procedure law and intellectual property law teaching and theoretical research. He presided over and undertook 10 scientific research projects at all levels and won 3 provincial and municipal awards. In policy-making consultation, education and training, and scientific research work, he has been working closely with local governments and judicial practice departments, and made due contributions.
