Jiang Lingyan is an associate professor, a master tutor and a practicing lawyer and arbitrator. She is mainly engaged in the research and practice of criminal law, intellectual property law and grassroots legal affairs, and published more than 20 academic papers. He presided over more than 10 research projects of Sichuan Provincial Social Science Federation, Provincial Education Department, Provincial Intellectual Property Office, etc.
