Xiong Delu, an associate professor with Doctor of Law and a master tutor, is elected to the “Double Thousand Plan” of the Ministry of Education and the Central Political and Legal Committee, and director of the Sichuan Litigation Law Society. He served as deputy chief procurator of grassroots procuratorate. His main research interests are litigation law and judicial system. He has published more than 20 academic papers.
