Yang Hanguo, a professor and a master tutor, is Secretary of Party Committee of Law School of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, a special expert of Zigong Intermediate People’s Court. His main research interests include theoretical law. He has presided over and undertaken 15 scientific research projects at all levels, published more than 40 academic papers, published 5 works, and won more than 10 awards.
