Zou Guozheng, an associate professor and a master tutor, is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of legal system history, legal thought history, grassroots judicial practice etc. He has published more than 20 academic papers and research articles. He has served as deputy chief procurator of grassroots people’s procuratorate. In 2014, he was selected to study the first phase of Zigong outstanding young cadres and talents progressive training plan.
