Social Insurance

This course is beneficial for developing students' ability of applying management theories and knowledge to solve practical problems and analyzing cases.

The course is a foundational course for this major. It is both theoretical and practical, constantly evolving and improving. This course introduces the knowledge about how the government (national administrative department) manages national affairs, social affairs, and its internal affairs. By studying and researching on these activities from their essences, phenomena, subjects, objects, concepts, techniques, contents, forms, systems, processes, histories and future, students understand the regularity of administrative management.
Research Methods in Social Science
The course is a mandatory course in management science studies. Its aim is to provide students with a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the theories and methods of social science research. It covers three levels: methodology and foundational theories, specific research methods, and research techniques.
Leadership in Organizations
The course is an important fundamental course in college-level administrative management majors. The general overview provides a systematic introduction to the fundamentals of social security, including basic concepts, history, theoretical foundations, systems, models, social security funds and management systems. The specific topics focus on the practical aspects of social security systems, such as social assistance, social insurance and social welfare.
