Zhao Xingxiu is a professor and a master supervisor. She is mainly dedicated to researches on alcohol brewing, food fermentation, and food processing. She was awarded as the university prominent teacher and a good teacher in the minds of student’s multiple times. She has undertaken many research projects and published over 70 scientific research papers, including more than 20 papers indexed by SCI.
