Engaged in the research of Baijiu and condiment brewing microorganisms for a long time, was authorized more than 10 patents, published more than 100 SCI and Chinese core journal papers, completed more than 20 scientific research projects at all levels, and won multiple awards such as the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Sichuan University of science & engineering Excellent Graduate Supervisor, Top 10 Teacher, and Advanced Teacher Ethics.
