Huang Zhiguo, PhD holder, professor, doctoral tutor, deputy director and Academic Committee Member of Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory of Biotechnology and Application of Wine Brewing, Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, and candidate for academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province. Won the  “652” scholar of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering. National “liquor brewer”, “fruit wine brewer”, was committed to the scientific research and teaching of brewing biotechnology and its application, and had expertise in the research of brewing functional microorganisms, liquor fermentation technology, new product development and so on. Published more than 60 scientific papers, including more than 10 SCI and EI, and 45 core journals and 10 monographs, undertook and completed more than 30 scientific research projects, including 18 provincial and ministerial projects, 8 horizontal projects of enterprises, 4 industrialization of research results, and 35 patent authorizations. Won 6 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, 1 provincial excellent social science award, 5 municipal science and technology progress awards, and 2 provincial teaching achievement awards.
