Ma Yi, Ph.D. holder, associate professor, master's supervisor, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the School of Bioengineering, deputy director of the Sichuan Special Grain Engineering Technology Research Center for Brewing, dean of Sichuan Fruit Dew Wine Industry Research Institute, and national special inspector. Engaged in brewing grains and fruit wine fermentation, and published over 67 academic papers, including 40 in SCI and EI journals. His research on the excavation of functional substances in rice and corresponding breeding technology won the second prize for scientific and technological progress at the provincial and ministerial level. As the first inventor, he has applied for 15 patents, with 11 granted, focusing on brewing raw materials and supporting technology.
