1. Laboratory introduction
The key laboratory of fine chemical additives and surfactants in colleges and universities in Sichuan Province was established in 2013, with a laboratory area of 5,000 square meters. It has test devices such as pressure change adsorption and variable temperature adsorption, membrane separation, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, filtration, distillation, absorption, drying, reaction distillation, etc., with infrared spectrum, electrochemical workstation, ultraviolet spectrum, gas chromatography, large metallographic microanalysis system, high-performance liquid mass combined, XRF , XRD, atomic absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, thermal comprehensive analyzer and other precision large-scale instruments, worth more than 40 million yuan. Xiantuo Natural Effective Engineering Center, adsorption separation laboratory, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, mass transfer separation and other laboratories have been established.
2. Laboratory team status
There are 53 full-time researchers (including 7 external experts) in the fine chemical laboratory, including 14 professors (including senior positions), 16 associate professors (including associate senior positions) and 22 doctors. 1 expert with outstanding contributions at the national level,there are 6 academic and technical leaders and reserve candidates in Sichuan Province, 4 academic and technical leaders in Zigong City, and 6 school level academic and technical leaders and reserve candidates. The age structure, professional structure, professional title structure, and structure of the research team are reasonable, and it is a young and strong research team that is united and cooperative, brave in exploration, and proactive.
3. Laboratory research direction
1) Surface active agent synthesis technology
Mainly conducting research on the synthesis and application of new surfactants such as fluorinated surfactants, organosilicon surfactants, and gemini surfactants.
2) Synthetic Technology of Special Additives
Mainly engaged in the development and application research of special nitrogen and phosphorus based environmentally friendly flame retardants, new high-efficiency desulfurization and decarbonization solvents, and polyphenylene sulfide additives.
3) Composite Technology of Fine Chemical Products
Research on the Basic Law of Compounding, Construction of Compounding Database, and Application of Compounding Technology
4. Main Achievements of Service Areas
Since its establishment, the Key Laboratory of Fine Chemical Additives and Surfactants in Sichuan Province has actively participated in local economic construction and jointly conducted application research with local enterprises, achieving certain resultstants In recent years, the key laboratory has cooperated with Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute in the "Research on the selection of emulsimulNP-12 substitute for PTFE concentrated dispersion". After testing, the key laboratory has developed two groups of emulsifier products with stable and reliable performance, which is expected to be promoted and applied in Chenguang Institute. The key laboratory and Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute have jointly developed "Room temperature cured tetrafluoroethylene resin coating", the coating formula has been basically determined, currently conducting downstream coating research, the project is expected to be applied in Chenguang Institute by the end of the year.
5. Construction of Fine Chemical Pilot Base
The key laboratory of fine chemical auauxiliary aries and surfactants has built a standard chemical pilot base in Huangling campus, which has begun to take shape. The pilot base is constructed according to the chemical process unit, and now has fluid transportation, pressure increase and decrease, material storage, reaction, mass separation, dispersion and mixing, filtration, drying and other units, and has basically had the ability to undertake the pilot project
