China scholarship council, founded in 1996, is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Education. Its main responsibility is to organize and implement the selection, admission, funding and management of state-funded overseas students. Reward outstanding self-funded overseas students; Accept donations from friendly people, institutions and organizations at home and abroad, cooperate with relevant institutions and set up study abroad programs. The national study abroad fund mainly comes from the national financial allocation, and also accepts and actively strives for donations from home and abroad. There are many projects under the Scholarship Committee for Studying Abroad, among which the Sino-foreign cooperative scholarship project and the national graduate program for building high-level universities are suitable for undergraduates and graduate students to study and study abroad.
