University of Brasilia

A federal public university in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. Founded in 1962, it has four campuses, consisting of 26 departments and 18 research centers, with 105 undergraduate courses and 147 postgraduate degree courses. Its dominant disciplines include economics, international affairs, law, anthropology, mathematics and political science.

Federal University of Pernambuco

Located in Recife, the capital of Pernambuco state in northeast Brazil, the history of running a school can be traced back to the first law school in Brazil established in 1827. On August 11th, 1946, the law schools, engineering schools, medical schools, dental and pharmaceutical schools, and fine arts and philosophy schools decided to merge to form Recife University. Later, a brand-new Pernambuco Federal University was established on the basis of Recife University. According to the evaluation of Ministry of Education (MEC) and Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT), the Federal University of Pernambuco is one of the top universities in China in teaching and scientific research, and is considered as the best university in northern Brazil. At present, the school has three campuses with about 40,000 students and more than 2,500 full-time teachers. At present, the school offers more than 100 undergraduate majors and more than 150 master's and doctoral programs.

Federal University of pelotas

Located in pelotas, Brazil, the Federal University of pelotas was founded in 1969 and transformed from the Federal Agricultural University of Nanda River. At present, there are 22 colleges offering 96 undergraduate courses, including 66 bachelor of science degrees, 22 normal undergraduate majors, 8 skill-oriented undergraduate majors and 3 distance education degrees. The university also has 26 doctoral programs, 50 master programs and 6 professional master programs.
