Liquor Culture Research and Communication Center

The Liquor Culture Research and Communication Center is a prefecture-level scientific research platform jointly established by Sichuan University of Science & Engineering and Yibin Social Sciences Association. It was approved for establishment in 2020. The Liquor Culture Research and Communication Center currently has more than 20 part-time researchers, with one center director, one office director, and one academic committee. The center mainly relies on China Baijiu School, other liquor research platforms in the university, and liquor enterprises in south Sichuan. It is focused on the inheritance and innovation of China's excellent traditional culture, and is committed to the collection and organization of historical documents and stories of Chinese liquor culture, the research on Chinese liquor politics, liquor ethics, liquor etiquette, liquor taste, liquor orders, liquor customs, liquor and family traditions, liquor and literature, liquor and words, liquor and music, liquor and social life, liquor advertising, liquor body design, and liquor experience aesthetics, as well as the image of liquor companies, investigation and image transmission of liquor industry figures, and popularization of liquor knowledge.
