SUSE attaches great importance to the internationalization of education, takes open cooperation as an important development strategy,highlights the supporting role of international cooperation and exchange in talent training and discipline construction, actively serves the major strategic deployment of national provinces and cities and regional economic and social development, continuously expands the scope of international exchanges, expands the field of international cooperation, improves the level of international cooperation and exchange, and constructs a new pattern of opening up schools, so as to enhance the competitiveness of our school by running internationally.

On October 20th, 2021,the dialogue and cooperation signing ceremony between SUSE and Mato Grosso State in Brazil was held in Chengdu.

The Governor of Mato Grosso, Brazil, Mauro Mondz Ferreira congratulated the meeting by video. He said that the epidemic situation made it impossible for us to communicate together, but it would not affect the higher education cooperation between Mato Grosso and Sichuan Province. I believe that through this exchange, the higher education fields of the two countries will certainly produce many fruitful results, and Mato Grosso will certainly benefit a lot from it.

He Yu, Director of Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Department of Sichuan Education Department, congratulated the meeting on behalf of the international cooperation and exchange of Sichuan Education Department! After briefly introducing the development of international education in Sichuan province, she said that Sichuan province is looking forward to in-depth exchanges with Brazil in education innovation, education management, education policy, education evaluation and education cooperation, and also invites Brazilian experts and students to visit, exchange and study in Sichuan.

On behalf of SUSE, the prsident, Tuo Xianguo, said that SUSE is taking the road of international development and is very happy to discuss the future of China-Pakistan higher education cooperation with colleagues in the field of higher education in Mato Grosso, Brazil. As early as 2019, SUSE started a cooperation dialogue with Mato Grosso, and held consultations and discussions on the implementation and promotion of projects such as teacher-student exchange, scientific research cooperation, joint training and language training. After more than a year of communication and preparation, the conditions for cooperation between SUSE and Mato Grosso are basically mature. Today, the two sides further promoted and landed cooperation projects through online talks and "cloud signing".

At the end of the meeting, President Tuo Xianguo and Lucas Sousa, deputy director of the international exchange center of Mato Grosso State of Brazil, signed a cooperation agreement on Higher Education.
