Liu Xiaowen is a doctor, a professor and a master’s supervisor. He has led and completed one Western Project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, eight projects at provincial and ministerial levels, and multiple projects at municipal and departmental levels. He has one research project under the Ministry of Education in progress, and has published three academic monographs and over 30 papers.
