Sun Xiangwei holds a doctorate in history and is a professor. He is also a master’s supervisor and currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Professors Committee of the School of Humanities. He has undertaken three research projects at the provincial and ministerial level, authored two monographs, and published more than 20 academic papers.
