Zhang Wandong, an associate professor with doctor degree and a master’s supervisor, mainly engages in research on the history of Sichuan salt industry and the history of southwest chieftains. He has presided over one project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, one project in Sichuan Provincial Social Science Plans, and two municipal-level projects. He has published more than 10 papers in various academic journals.
