Li Pengju is an associate professor with Ph.D. and a master's supervisor. He is  vice dean of the School of Economics at Sichuan University of Science and Engineering, and a young tourism expert of Sichuan Province. His main research fields are tourism geography, rural tourism planning, rural revitalization, and the construction of study travel system. In recent years, he has led or participated in nearly 30 projects at various levels, published 5 academic monographs and nearly 20 academic papers, wining several honors, such as "Excellent Teacher" and "Good Teacher in My Mind" at the university level and "Excellent Young Teacher" in Yibin City.
