Social Investigation and Research Methods
It is a compulsory course for the major of Rural Development (Field). It will explain the basic principles, methodological ideas, basic concepts, terminology, and various specific methods of social investigation and social research in depth. It aims to cultivate students' ability to understand social phenomena and analyze social problems scientifically.
Development Theory and Practice
It is a compulsory course for the major of Rural Development (Field). It will explain in depth the development strategies chosen by China in different periods, aiming to enable students to grasp the development changes of rural areas in China, and to cultivate their analytical ability on controversial issues such as urban-rural integration in the new era and the development prospects of farmers' society.
Rural Sociology
It is a compulsory course for the major of Rural Development (Field). The course will comprehensively teach the basic concepts, theories, and methods of rural sociology, aiming to cultivate students' ability to analyze and explain the phenomena and problems of rural social development by using the basic theories and methods of rural sociology.
Rural Development Planning
It is a compulsory course for the major of Rural Development (Field). The course will explain the theory, knowledge, and methods of rural development planning with the community as the main body, aiming to cultivate students' ability to establish the concept of community planning and master the basic principles, models, and related methods of rural community development planning.
Rural Public Management
It is a compulsory course for the major of Rural Development (Field). It will explain in depth the knowledge and theory of rural public management, aiming to cultivate students' awareness of the "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in a big country and their ability to analyze rural public affairs management problems by using the principles of rural public management.
