Li Qiyu is a professor with Ph.D. and a master's supervisor. She has been dedicated to teaching and research in the fields of agricultural economics, land economics, and resource and environmental economics for a long time. She has participated in two projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China, and led 16 provincial and ministerial projects, over 30 departmental projects, and over 10 local service projects. She has published over 50 papers, two academic monographs and one textbook. She has received many awards for her teaching achievements, and has been honored as "Top-Ten Teacher",  "Excellent Teacher" , "Good Teacher in My Mind".
