He Xiaoli, an associate professor with doctor degree, has won the honors of "Outstanding Teacher" and "Outstanding Party Member" at Sichuan University of Science & Engineering. She mainly focused on next-generation wireless communication technology, spectrum multiplexing technology, big data applications, IoT technology. She has presided over one provincial/ministerial project, three municipal projects, five university-level projects and six horizontal projects. Besides, she has published over 20 papers.
