Liu Xiaofang, a professor with doctor degree, has long engaged in pattern recognition and intelligent systems, data mining, big data analysis, artificial intelligence. She has led one provincial-level project and four horizontal projects, one invention patent authorization seven acceptance, and 15 software copyright registrations. She received the second prize for provincial-level teaching achievements once, two first prizes and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements, and one invention patent technology achievement transformation. She  has published over 30 academic papers.
