Cao Lijia is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor. He was selected as a reserve candidate for academic and technological leaders in Sichuan Province, one of "Young Top Talents" in Zigong City, one of  young top talents of "652 Scholar Program in Sichuan University of Science and Engineering . His research mainly focused on unmanned system navigation and control, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic target recognition technology. He has published over 100 papers, authored 2 academic monographs, and obtained several invention patents and software copyrights. He led and participated in over 30 projects, winning 3 university-level teaching achievement first prizes.
