Yuan Yuquan, a professor, dean of Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a member of the teaching committee of general undergraduate colleges and universities of Sichuan Province, and a member of the 10th Council of Sichuan Physics Society. He earned his PhD in solid state mechanics in Sichuan University, cultivated a keen interest in the field of solid-state mechanics, the design of new materials, published more than 50 research papers and obtained an invention patent, and undertook six fund projects.
