

On the afternoon of May 30, the First Chinese Song Competition for International Students of Yibin University, hosted by the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of Yibin University and co-organized by the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of SUSE, is held at the Open Auditorium of Yibin University.
International students from SUSE actively attended this competition, in which they demonstrated their appreciation for Chinese culture as well as their positive and energetic spirit, greatly promoting friendship between China and other countries.
Khazina Elena from Russia performed the Chinese song of This Is Just Fine. Danko Elvira, Latypova Renata, and Skochilova Daria from Russia, sang the Chinese song of White Night. Do Nguyen Minh Ngoc from Vietnam and Eyene Eyang Rita Mbang from Equatorial Guinea performed the Chinese song of Fairy Tale as a duet. Besides, Skorobogatko Alena, Tumurbaatar Bilguun, Baasansuren Enkhgerel, Byambasaikhan Anand, and Munkhzaya Barbaatar from Mongolia jointly presented the song of Ulaanbaatar Night. Silipanya Baifern, Seeyee Jeexiong, Yuensombat Laxing, Haekham Amphone, Manivong Souphunsa, Bouaphavong Angoun, Chonglorti Lorphae, and Keosuvanh Phalita from Laos delivered a song-and-dance performance titled Longwen. Vang Kengkue from Laos sang the song of Has Anyone Ever Told You, while Yeeyou Bounhom from Laos performed the song of A Stranger at Last.
Finally, seven songs performed by the SUSE international students have won awards. The song of Longwen won the First Prize. The two songs of Has Anyone Ever Told You and Fairy Tale received the Second Prize, while the other four songs of At Last a Stranger, White Night, Ulaanbaatar Night, and This Is Just Fine were awarded the Third Prize.
